1. Ownership:

You own your purchased SupDucks, KingFrogs, MegaToads, and/or SlyCrocs NFTs (collectively “SupDucks NFTs”). SupDucks NFTs are minted on the Ethereum or Polygon blockchains. When you purchase a SupDuck NFT you own the underlying elements, trait assets, and final composition. Since the SupDucks NFT collections contain multiple use of the trait assets, all trait asset art is shared amongst all SupDucks NFT owners.

SupDucks NFT ownership is verified cryptographically on the Ethereum or Polygon blockchain. This cryptographic verification serves as proof of ownership and grants you rights as defined within this document. Once a SupDucks NFT leaves a wallet which you own, all personal and commercial use terms are revoked.

2. License:

MegaVolt Corp grants you a worldwide, assignable, sub-licensable, transferable, royalty-free license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly perform, display, modify, or otherwise use, copy, display, and modify your owned SupDucks NFT art.

For clarity, this includes the right to:

• Buy, sell, trade, and transfer your NFT
• Use the art to promote your products featuring your owned SupDucks NFT
• Create derivative works based on your owned SupDucks NFT (including by integrating the art and trait assets associated with the NFT)
• Sublicense to others to create derivative works featuring the art
• Produce and sell digital media and print merchandise that includes the art
• Use the SupDucks name, icon, and logo in connection with your SupDucks NFT

3. Excluded Uses**:**

• Duplicating and reselling your SupDucks NFT as a newly minted NFT without modifications to the original art of 75% or more.
• Using your SupDucks trait assets as elements on newly minted NFTs without modifications to the original art of 75% or more.

For clarity, derivative works that feature full-body depictions, animations, and added narrative elements will be deemed to have modifications to the original art of 75% or more.
